Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring all original garment tags and security seals are intact.
Label and Ship
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
